How can I submit a deal?

We are committed to doing table funding deals (deals that we are taking from wholesalers). However, if it something that we may partner with you on a shorter term basis (~6+ months) it may be something we can take a look at. Our protocols dictate that all deals considered must be submitted through our site. In addition, the property cannot be owner-occupied. The deal must be submitted in your company’s (business) name with a contract placed on the property before submission. The vendor application will allow you to input all the necessary details of the deal that you will need to convey to us. Please see the links below to submit a deal.
